Piercefield House
A beautiful sunny day I drove to Piercefield House, Chepstow (Wales) which backs on to the racecourse, for a walk around its grounds. The house which was built from 1792 is now a grade 2 listed building. It was for sale in 2012 for £2million with planning and listed building consent but was withdrawn from sale and continues to decay. It'd make a fabulous hotel.
The blipfoto shows the front and lareg stable block alongside it. It'll be nice when it's finished!
