Windows

We were lucky here, because the window of sunshine between the downpours happened to occur in the middle part of the day. So we took ourselves down to the nature reserve and squelched our way around the paths. This one was a bit of a challenge.
We saw a mini-murmuration, two woodpeckers and all the usual smaller birds.
Came back to eat cake and drink tea, pleased to have stretched our legs.
