Toothbrush

Took this one with the pants lens on my phone. Someone had posted on the web suggesting that, if you took the lens out of a laser pointer and used it in front of the lens on your phone, you can get high magnification macros. So I tried it.

I couldn't find a good way of fixing the tiny lens to my phone, so I just mounted it on the back with a bit of Sellotape. I guess if I ever find a solution it will be an improvement on this.

Suggest it could be a useful tool for parents who can't work out if their kids have actually brushed their teeth or not. If the brush is wet, you can see the trapped bubbles on the bristles. Am off to change the head on mine now though - there's lots of other things to be seen there as well!

Oh and the cat has been checked over too. No worries about any little jumping beasties there!

PS you have to get in really close - probably only a few mm.
