A day walking..

Started out walking after having brought Mrs B to her office. Stopped by this cabin. A "self service, bring your food, stay over night" hut. Open all the year around. Several in the woods. Some bigger serviced once with a restaurant, some not. This wee one is locked. You have to be member of the DNT - The Norwegian Tourist Association, to get the key. I am a member and carried mine. Have to bring your own sleeping bag or sheet sleeping bag. 10 beds in this cabin. Didn`t want any. Never done. Ok to stop here for shelter and your own brought cuppa wintertime though or on a windy, chilly autumn day as today. Below freezing tonight.  Brought hot coffee and something to eat that was my lunch enjoyed in the cabin`s kitchen (Extra). Nobody to see there but me. The kitchen is as you must expect it to be out here. No electricity. Water in the near by pond. Gas for the oven though. Wood for the stove. You will survive well if you would want to try it one day.
