On The Balcony

Took Julia to Sintra today, Lisbon's hill retreat town. Lots of craftspeople display their goods on the low walls up to the centre, think that was her favourite bit. (You must come someday, Deb!) She and Mike kindly found their way onto this balcony for me to take a photo. And just next door, bought three hand painted tiles of a bunch of olives for our kitchen sink, hurray... at last.

Then dinner with our friends who we were going to stay with, but she's badly broken her leg, and will be bed bound and in pain for at least five weeks, so difficult to cope, really felt for her.
