The Wetlands

You can now climb up an old tower at Walthamstow Wetlands. I think it was previously part of a pumping station. Not sure whether this is boring or interesting. Your decision.

To the RGS in the evening for an exciting lecture about an all women land expedition to the North Pole. A really good talk with some great photos. And do you know what? It's blooming' cold up there. One of the team had to go home with frostbite before they had properly started. 

I think I'll leave it to the experts.
