As sentinels
Tall
Erect
Watching over

In awe
Cowed
As we
Are watched over

For each that watches
There is a watcher

Unfettered
Free

By roots
The moon
Flies free

For all we are free

Alone
Independent
Owing naught
Except to the Earth
