Out of season

Don't you just love real 'seaside' places out of season. Southwold is gorgeous anyway, but there is something ridiculously appealing about it the rain with its strings of bulbs batting about in a high gale. So this is where I went with Jazz4 on Saturday afternoon. Admittedly we lurked rather a lot in the 2 shops on the pier - the sea definitely looked better through glass - and inspected the red-robed-dolls-with-white-beards-n-glitter (don't mention the 'C' word), but I did brave the weather for this shot and am surprised there isn't more visible water on the lens.

I don't think Suffolk was nearly as wet as many other parts, though, so I'm not complaining..
