Cream-crackered

It's a 4/4.5 hour journey from Southwold back to Winchester so I was not amused today to find myself spending an extra 2 hours sitting stationary on the M25. Still, I suppose I can say I'm lucky I wasn't in the accident, only peripherally affected by it along with a few thousand others. There was no trace of it by the time the traffic cleared, but all the bossy overhead signs directing 4 lanes of traffic to squeeze themselves into one (plus another 2 coming in from the left, ditto) were still operating like mad robots. And then, of course, the rain really came down..

So here I am, pretty done in. I will probably have to do my commenting early tomorrow as I need to kip now. Hope you all had good weekends and survived the weather okay..
