His Lordship and His Muse

These photos arrived in my inbox sent by my Son-in-law, Nina’s Dad. They were taken about 7 years ago and show the connection His Lordship has always had with his step granddaughter, Nina.
It appears that she was introducing him to the contents of a catalogue from Neue Galleries, New York and he appears fascinated.

In fact she had been his muse when, months earlier, he cycled by himself from Land’s End to John’ ‘O Groats, keeping him going in absolutely foul weather.

My extra is of Nina now and they still enjoy each other’s company.
