Breakthrough

Autumn is taking hold and this morning all the world was white.

Even by the time we got up and out for our morning walk it was still practically opaque, but the Sun was fighting back. Before long of course it was a clear blue day, but I liked the abstract effect of the fog across the wide open newly ploughed fields.

Back to the podiatry hospital for the neuroma in my foot, and I'm now at least an inch taller from all the padding they've put into my insoles! Still, at least I didn't step on a rake... Poor old Janet; gardening is quite a hazardous occupation. Anyone remember Tom and Jerry?
