A street scene

Just a typical street scene in Zamalek. Always so many nice cats which drew me over.

Had a good catch-up with an old friend today,. We sat by the pool at the hotel then we had lunch in Zooba, a local street food style eatery. It was the first place I went to with him more than five years ago now. We had a nice walk and I stocked up on some books, with his input on who are the good, local authors.

Dinner in the hotel and an early night.
