Timing!

After howling all night the wind dropped briefly ..... so I nipped into the garden to see what I could find to blip!

Spotted this naked de-robed Welsh poppy ...... this is the same flower as yesterday's blip ..... but all its petals had been blown off by the wind! It did look rather odd ...... almost funny ...... so I thought it would make a good entry for Silly Saturday ..... thanks to Admirer for hosting :-)

To show how quickly the weather changed ....... the Extra shows the view from my window about 30 minutes later! Since then it hasn't stopped either sleeting or raining!
