Cyclamen

Some heavy showers last night but thankfully the day has been mostly rain free. I think the Island has escaped reasonably unscathed compared with the devastation seen on the news programmes at lunchtime.This is probably due to the fact that the rivers and streams have fairly short journeys to reach the sea outlets.

I bought these cyclamen to brighten up the house and photographed them on the kitchen table using natural back light coming through the garden doorway with a tinfoil reflector under the camera to add a bit of sparkle.
