Guardian II

A return visit to The Guardian to photograph it in the morning light. When I arrived there was a family group ahead of me, parents with their son from Houston who'd also come to photograph him. It was in shadow when we arrived, so I hung on until the sun crept up over the ridge to light Guardian's face, there's a narrow window of light at this time of year in the floor of the valley.
