Essential oils......

.....lemon, smoked garlic and chilli, all experimental (I suspect they're going to have to 'sit' for quite a while) and now I'm going to try my hand at making some banana ketchup with the ripe nanas I bagged from the veggie shop bargain bench on the way in to Make, Do and Mend this morning.....I'll report back on whether any or all work......y'know, if I'm spared ;-)
