Catchup ketchup......

.....so I didn't get around to making it yesterday as planned but mission accomplished this morning.....I may have made a couple few lot of changes/substitutions to the original recipe (I used more [6] bananas and red onion [2], chilli flakes instead of ground jalapeño, ground cloves instead of allspice and minced/squished smoked garlic instead of garlic powder. Oh, and I added in some smoked paprika just because it was there.....OK, so basically I winged it ;-) )......luckily it seems to have worked! Total yield a bit over a litre.......not to mention the pair of matching turmeric stained hands ;-)
