Night Visitors
The gooey chocolate heads are all gone, just the creepy chews left in the bowl. We've had visits from several groups of giggling girls, including the entire cast of Ghostbusters - do the boys not venture out on Halloween anymore?
We walked down and back to Bingley today, Tony's longest walking outing yet. He's spoken to the Specialist Nurse assigned to him and David has given him the okay to try a short run next week with instructions to stop if anything feels out of sorts. One final injection tomorrow and he'll be glad to put those behind him (and the elastic stockings)!
Back home I carved my pumpkin and fastened the big hairy spider to the front door. The bits of pumpkin have been put in the elder tree as, allegedly, they are enjoyed by the squirrels. Apparently, hedgehogs enjoy pumpkin too but it acts as a laxative for them so should be left up high. The cute spider in my blip has gone down well with tonight's visitors.
