Lotsa geese!

This morning we met up with MaggieD's cousin for a catch up.
After lunch we took off for Aberfoyle on a fruitless search for some waxwings. We had been advised that they were there but by the time we arrived, they had flown. Worse, the rain started!
So, back home and the sun was back out. We took Chloe down the canal for a good walk. Still no waxwings but there were plenty of geese. We also spotted five or six roe deer further off in the far corner of the field. Maybe they spooked these geese up!
