Pickle

A couple of years ago, one of  my SiL's gave me a jar of the most delicious cucumber pickle.  She thinks this is the recipe. Didn't go far today.  Xray update - the fracture is still there, carry on with the crutches but take it easy. Thats the bit I find difficult, hence staying in and making pickle
