Roy the Suffolk Punch star!

Sunshine returned today! So that meant we could get along to RHS Hyde Hall for the start of their Wood Fest.  It's not a big event but there are a number of stalls selling wooden handmade items and also displays of wood carving which were amazing.  And then there was a demo by the lovely Roy and his handler to show off how horses are used to help with logging in local woods.  Roy was a total star and was so well behaved and showed amazing talents and also seemed to love al the fuss we gave him afterwards!  

Apparently the Suffolk Punch breed are now extremely endangered as there are only 500 left in the world so hoping that something can be done to help save them as they are an amazing animal
