Mastery!

Here's Thomas monitoring during the second day of our training in Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin . It went very well, indeed, and, though I say it myself, we make a great team complimenting each other in style and perspective and always supporting each other’s comments. Most importantly, there was evidence of learning taking place!

Thomas, who has unparalleled knowledge and occupies a position of authority in the sector, thinks we may be the two people in the world with the greatest mastery in the field of personality inventories. I feel more of an apprentice at my master's knee but after our deep discussions exploring the subject over the last ten years and using his company's leading edge tool with greater effect during that time, I'm prepared to go with what he says and feel gratified that we are playing a leading role in applying key insights relating to the most fundamental of human characteristics (preference and ability) in the workplace, all to the benefit of employee and company.
