unexpected

Friends called this afternoon, inviting me for dinner.

Table set outside under the stars and a full moon and while the invitation was for an easy meal, I know from almost 30 years of friendship it is never just that!
Prawn and mango salad, followed by roast pork and trimmings and then raspberries and cream for pud.

And all this on a Tuesday!
