The next day

back blipped from 27/11/12
This was a very hard day, waking up and hoping that the previous day was a nightmare, but realising that it was real.
Last night Kiera and I slept in the visitors room of the intensive care unit. Rafi still hanging on, fully supported by a ventilator.
We can't believe how skilled the nurses have to be and how hard they work. Two nurses, Catherine and Caroline worked with Rafi non stop through the night.
