A Night In The Palace (5) Great Haywood

The Kensington was out on the road again today, heading down to Great Haywood. It's our boat share AGM tomorrow, a chance to discuss everything about the boat.

At the campsite I got into deep conversation with another caravanner about a share that's for sale on our boat.Then we went out to get blips before the light faded.

This is a shot I have always wanted to take but it's difficult to park and we don't usually want to spare the time for me to faff about with the camera.

As we were taking some other shots from the canal bridge a couple of youths shouted to us. They were holding something out and I realised they were asking if we'd lost a phone. I walked towards them and saw the purple cover. How extremely grateful I was to get it back!
