4th swim in the sea

Sunday morning.
This week is the first time I've had gloves and socks. The gloves felt amazing. Could swim a little further.
Great people, beautiful place, so lucky this is my home.
Heard some sad news yesterday, being out in the cold water and nature feels like a comfort and a help to my head and my heart.
