The Path....

Maisie is pottering around the edge of a path we follow most mornings. It narrows and snakes along a shingle bank covered in wild flowers. There are lots of rabbits living nearby and Maisie checks out their burrows and sometimes finds one to chase. It’s been fine and sunny all day. Thank heavens the strong nor-west winds of yesterday have died down. They left quite a mess of fallen branches everywhere. There is some tidying up to be done.
