What do you do when you fall over?
You pick yourself up and get right back on that horse. Or in my case bike.
Ok, ok, so it's not one with moving wheels but its a step in the right direction! I feel its slightly ironic that using the bike is going to be a good thing to help get back my full range of motion in my ankle but hey-ho!
I knew that I'd put on quite a bit of weight over the past 4 months with pretty much staying on the sofa for the first 10 weeks, but I managed less than 5 mins of the bike before I was huffing and puffing =(
Guess its just a case of a little, often to start builidng up my fitness again...
