Ladies things!

We got home in the early hours this morning, at least the M62 is quiet at that time.
Sadly this morning, and all day has been wet and miserable. Not a day to arrive home from sunnier climes and get your washing done!

I was unpacking some things and found these. In the Artisanat de Maroc cooperative there was a wonderful felt shop. Lovely bags and wacky hats and jester like slippers. We chatted to the man who told us he used olive soap to make his felt. There were posters on the wall showing with with carpets he has made. I'm fascinated by felting but have never done it.
I was  looking at these decorated felt balls. He said 'You take they are ladies things, for ladies to make things with'.
So I did. A Christmas decoration maybe? We did buy from him too but it does show that the Morrocans are not all out for your money.

Thought they looked nice and bright on this dismal day.

( Hoping to do a Flickr album from our holiday but I have received emails from them saying you gave to go to Flickr Pro if you want to store more than 1000 photos. Can't find anywhere that tells me the cost of this. Anyone got any advice or info on this. Thanks J)
