Badge of YMCA

This is a decoration on the outside of the YMCA building, which is where I went spinning today. This is a hard pointless exercise where you pretend you are on a real bike and obey commands to pedal till you drop. As painful as it was, it beat the rest of the work day. But I came home and had a two hour practice with my little recorder-cello trio for a xmas gig on Sunday. So it's all good!
