Costa Rica...(back blip)
The group really enjoyed a boat ride on a river today. No electrical power when we returned to the lodge, but power was restored by bedtime! Some creatures I saw while on the boat:

A Common Black Hawk and a Crested CaraCara displaying a slight difference of opinion over the 'ownership' of a tasty morsel.
*extras...
-Boat-billed Heron...nocturnal hunter of frogs and baby birds :(
-Mangrove Swallow...difficult to capture in flight, especially on a moving boat.
-Beautiful cows along the side of the river.
