..... Memorial.
We drove into this village for a blip shoot, can you see the very poignant images made by the sun .... clue ... look top right and right of the picture!
We had such a lovely service at church today with the uniformed organisations lining the pathway and wreaths being laid by the representatives of the Scouts/Rainbows / Cubs and a member of the Royal Air Force to conclude the commemoration .The church had been decorated with stories / photos' ( some of which hadn't been seen for years!) and Poppies everywhere . Well done St John's Selsdon.

Grateful ..... for all who gave their lives ( and still are doing ) for us to live .
