Pages of the sea
After the storms it was surprisingly warm and sunny today when we went down to Lyme Regis to watch one of the country wide events portraying the portrait of people from the first world war, being carved in the sand.
Not only was there a vey large crowd watching, a great many were helping the organisers on the beach. Like many works of art, its hard to see what the finished article was going to looked like until it was finished. I am afraid we were unable to wait all that time and will have to wait to see what it looks like at the end of the day.
