Gorky Park, Moscow

With the daytime temperature around freezing (even though it is sunny), the ponds in Gorky Park are partly covered in ice.

Gorky Park is 120 hectares of parklands in Central Moscow. At this time of the year many trees are devoid of leaves   However in summer it is a hive of activity under a canopy of leaves.  One activity is paddleboating. The landings for the paddleboats can be seen in extras.  Also an image of the very impressive gates to the park.
