Left for dead . . .

Sandy Beach was spilling over with people, so opt for Alan Davis beach instead which is further down the coast.   Found this discarded fish head, sad to see.  Think this is called 'kala' in Hawaiian, a sleek unicornfish type, but does not grow the horn.   Perhaps the "umaumalei", orangespined unicornfish (the names run together).

Checked the flatbeds at Sandy, they were empty and some missing.  The airplane parts must be those now at Lanai Lookout.   Gotta be a film set.
