had a big fat breakdown again last night after getting home, I have no idea where these come from but I was crying and howling and being sick and all sorts. I don't like to write of such depressing things but I hope that whatever problems Future Jen has, she can look back and think at least it's not as bad as this was, or she can look back and laugh about this.
I felt better today thanks to lots of excellent people cheering me up such as mum distracting me by talking about everyday things deer park news, and Issy ditto without even seeming to be making a conscious effort to cheer me up, and skyping a cheerful George, and Marmaduke putting up with me sobbing down the phone, and Connor, Grant, Jay, Matt, Sarah and Neleh skyping me from the Leamington house to give me all their news and life updates. (Weird paradox of not leaving the house and yet feeling all talked out).
