Helter Skelter

Alarm went off at 4.45 am today, got up at 5 am, left home at 5.35 am to drive to Birmingham and catch the 6.57 am train to Manchester. (I was a bit early, but couldn't afford to miss the train!)

In a meeting all day, from 9 am through to 4.30 pm then back home again on the 5.05 pm train, finally home at 8.15 pm - knackered!

Shame I didn't have time to have a browse round the Christmas market, or the Spinningfields Festive Village, where I took this quick photo this morning. Quite enjoyed the day though, luckily, so it wasn't too bad.

Could do with a lie in tomorrow but I'm not going to get one, too much to do after being out of the office for a while, lots of catching up to do.
