I Must Go Down to the Sea...

We were on out way to visit lynnfot and took a detour to take a look at the coast near Morecambe Bay. The tide was out which for a photographer is generally good. I hope it's good for the angler too, who has walked a long way out to set up the gear.  The Lake District fades in and out of view as the haze drifts around.
We met lynnfot and went out for lunch and then carried on to the impressive Heron Corn Mill in Beetham. The extra shows HarlingDarling and lynnfot at the mill.
In the evening we drove to Overton and its pub "The Ship" to see lynnfot's exhibition. Both her pictures, which you can see here and the other artworks on display were impressive. The beer was very tasty too.
