Cork Snowmen

It's that time of year again when we are making decorations for the club tree at the local Christmas Tree Festival.

It can be quite a task involving people with dementia in a craft activity. This year, we have very few members inclined to join in but we see little point in saying our tree is Alzheimer's Support if only the staff create the decorations.

Anyway, today we painted corks that will become Snowmen.

In other news, M-in-L continues to Bed block in Gloucester Hospital. We are thrilled that our first choice of Care home has offered a bed but the hospital fails everyday to call the home regarding an assessment. The bed will be ready in 2 weeks and we have a respite bed waiting in another care home. So irritating as M-in-L is going bonkers waiting!
