Stole #4

Part four of the stole story...

We rise from the earth with the vine, whose grapes form the wine for Communion. The vine started on the right hand side but now has grapes and leaves on the left side of the stole.

The "hills" are represented by the blues and purples, and also include a golden outline of the skyline of Edinburgh castle. My work is within the Presbytery of Edinburgh, so this is very appropriate.
