Backyard birds

Tufted Titmice, Chickadees & Nuthatches were back and forth at the feeders this morning like there was no tomorrow.

Hurricane Florence beat my Confederate Rose to the point I was real worried about getting any blooms this year.  Although the bush is not as full this year, it is not as bug eaten and I have plenty of blooms!  So happy! (see extra)

Today I have been making potato corn chowder as there is a Chili/Chowder Cook-off at the church tonight.  I make my potato corn chowder each year because no one else does.
