Day 3 of the challenge.

I love this author. Birdsong is just outstanding, but this is the first book of his I read and it is still my favourite. I loved the premise, a story told in alphabetical order of location, so ends up jumping all over the place in time. Could be gimmicky, but I think it works brilliantly.

And because I can’t help but pick away at Brexit:

A is for Arron, B is for Banks, C is unfit for a polite audience but it suits him perfectly.
