Saffron Walden

I took this from Waitrose car park as I was sitting there queuing to find a space. It was ridiculously busy and I was considering just turning round and going home. A space came up eventually. Thankfully I was in the X trail which has parking sensors and cameras otherwise I wouldn’t have stood a chance.
I queued next to Stephen McGann (from Call the Midwife) at the checkouts but chickened our of asking him for a photo. It probably would have been more exciting than this one of St Mary’s.
This afternoon I did maths planning (boring). The highlighting of a fairly mundane day will be a glass of wine and Strictly.
