Lobster man!

Well forecast was correct.....bitterly cold today, temperature only rose to 3 deg! & in be shade it was minus! However a glorious sunny winter day! Drove into Edinburgh to pick up friends to take out to lunch....the occasion being my friend Ina is 86 today!
We had a lovely lunch at Loch Fyne Restaurant at newhaven (one of my favourites!) overlooking the harbour, I spotted this busy fisherman preparing to go out into the Firth of Forth in his boa with his lobster pots!
Lots going on on the river, a large tanker being escorted by tugs towards Hound Point, a Royal Naval ship sailing up river, & in the harbour a couple of fishing boats preparing to set sail as well as this guy! Oh & good selection of gulls, oyster catchers, swans etc!
