my failed cheese cake
Yes, I had a bad feeling when I whipped egg. Because that I failed to separate albumin and york, so I had whip the albumin with a little york.
I thought that is was surely bad result, as a result, the albumin was not formed at all. So, the cake did not rise as usual.
The cheese cake was completely flat, I was at a loss. But I remembered that I had baked big madeleine in a tart pan.
I put the flat cheese cake on the thin madeleine and persimon jam was used as the adhesive.
The surface of the cake was decorated by kimi and blueberry jam.
Next time, I am sure to rise the cheese cake as not to fail to separate egg.
