Home Again

Arriving home around 01:00 last night meant a slow start this morning. Midday found me at the dentists (no problems!) and after getting home and putting a load of washing on I decided to go for a quick cycle and did the 12 km circuit down to the shop and back. I took an early detour (after coming down that hill you see) to find a place to take this picture. It has been unseasonably warm here in Sweden too, but that isn't especially warm, as the frozen lake shows.  The ice is there but we won't be walking on it for a while yet as it's still very thin.
Dusk is falling and the street lamps have just come on. After about 40 minutes I arrived home again from the other side of this hill.
Note to self before going out cycling with the temperature around freezing - buy new gloves, and wear long johns!
It's good to be home, even if we'll soon be away again!
