In my kitchen

I had every excuse not to cook tonight! This is the temperature in my kitchen at 7pm - 36.6 degrees. We have had a week of high 30's reaching low 40's today and the same predicted for the weekend and into next week. Even a couple of thunderstorms have not made a difference.
And summer officially starts tomorrow! It's going to be a long, hot one.
