Crayoning with Daddy.
Eda treated us all to a lie in this morning. So much so that Grace nearly missed her yoga class.
We headed down Gloucester Rd just as it came on to rain to meet Grace for brunch at Boston Tea Party. It was very busy but we got a table and as we had a bit of a wait John got some crayons for Eda. I think this is the first time she has been given any and she seemed very interested.
The food is great which is no doubt why it is so popular, and the surroundings are very alternative. Chris and I had eggy sourdough with avocado, tomatoes and smoky bacon. We also shared some sourdough toast and marmalade with Eda.
John then left us to go indoor climbing and we took Eda home for a nap before Granny Sue called for a visit. She was going down the road to babysit for John's brother and wife who were going out for a birthday meal and we are baby sitting for Grace and John who are going to the BAOS Ball. So I have been in charge of tea, bath and bed. Seems to have gone well so far, but then I'm getting to be an old hand! At least she wasn't sick!
( She's wearing a new dress I have brought her from M&S. It's age 9 - 12 months as all the reviews said it was very long - she's nearly 14 months. They weren't kidding, the 12 - 18 months would have come down to her ankles. You can see it better in the extra where she is wanting me to lift her off her bike. Couldn't resist the furry fox!)
