There was a lot of noise outside the building today ahead of a Skype call I had in the digital programme.

Turned out they were cutting back trees in a neighbour’s garden.

The tree surgeon was roped in but still displayed some considerable althetic skills as he span around, reached out and - see extra if you can make it out - hung upside down.

The worrying sight was when he let go off the chainsaw - on a rope - and it swung around between his legs. Clearly an expert in the work.

Shopping then hospital broadcasting and back home by 11pm.
