At the Parliament

In the morning I went to The Steiner School Christmas Fair, which is something I always enjoy.
Later we met with friends for a tour of the Parliament which we enjoyed very much.  It was a really wet day by then so going into the parliament was a great option.  The tour guide was really excellent and we all learnt something.
The main photo is looking towards Salisbury Crags from the parliament building showing its connection to the landscape.  The extra is of the roof in the debating chamber, constructed to be self supporting i.e. there are no pillars to block a full view across the space.
